How do I check availability?

You can check availability directly on our website by entering your desired dates. Once available, you can proceed to book instantly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancel 7 or more days before check-in: 100% refundable

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can extend your stay, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to make arrangements.

Payment Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Bank Deposits. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.

Is a bond deposit required?

No.

Amenities & Additional Charges

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, laundry services are provided. Some properties feature coin-operated laundry facilities for residents' use.

Is parking available?

Parking is available for $20 per night for private on-site spaces. However, parking is free for bookings of 7 days or more.

Are cleaning fees included?

Prices include all bills. However, bookings of less than 3 days will incur a $25 cleaning fee. For bookings of 3 days or more, no additional cleaning fees are applied.
