We are located close to major universities, offering a FREE shuttle bus from the complex to LaTrobe and RMIT Universities in Bundoora, and a FREE shuttle bus to all universities in the city such as Melbourne University, RMIT, ACU, Victoria University, LaTrobe 5 days a week!
The Lestudent8 Studio rooms each contain a flat screen LCD TV, bar fridge, microwave, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating, telephone & internet access, writing desk, chair, shower and toilet. A common kitchen and laundry (coin operated) is located on every floor.
All electricity, water and gas utilities are included in the affordable weekly rate as well as access to 3½ star leisure facilities including a 24 hour gymnasium, Melbourne's largest resort style pool, BBQ area, basketball court, recreation room with a BIG screen TV with Foxtel, Internet Café and Games Machines.
The 2010 Special Student Rates are:
Single Studio Rates: *1 Single Bed*
2 - 4 weeks: $410/ per week
5 week - 3 month: $300/ per week
3 – 6 months+: $260 / per week
6months+: $250 / per week
12 months+: $225 / per week
Double Studio: *1 Double Bed*
2 - 4 week Stay: $540/ per week
5 week - 3 month: $370 / per week
3 – 6 months +: $320 / per week
6months+: $310 / per week
12 months+: $285 / per week
** Please note that the rate does not include a weekly service but does attract a compulsory $30 bathroom clean(occurs twice a month at $15 each) on top of the rate.
Bookings for 5 weeks or longer require a security deposit of $550 ($450 refundable at end of stay $100 departure clean fee)
