2 - 4 week Stay: $580 / per week
5 week - 3 month Stay: $385 / per week
3 months +: $340/ per week
6 months +: $325 / per week
12 months +: $305 / per week
** Please note that the rate does not include a weekly service but does attract a compulsory $30 bathroom clean(occurs twice a month at $15 each) on top of the rate.
