| Glendalough is an established northern suburb of Perth, only 5kms away from the CBD (about 10 minutes' drive), and with close access to all public transport as well as the freeway. The unit is just around the corner from shops, pharmacy, and doctor, and a short walk to bus stop or Glendalough train station - no need for a car! It is also only a short bus ride away from the Scarborough Beach precinct, which has casual and smart casual dining, pubs and clubs, as well as the beachfront. The unit is fully furnished and equipped, and includes the following: - main bedroom has queen size bed, smaller bedroom has king single bed; - both bedrooms have chests of drawers and large wardrobes (lots of storage!), as well as pedestal fans; - white goods include fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine in laundry; - kitchen includes kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils - everything you need; - all linen is included (towels, sheets, doonas (duvets) +covers, pillows, teatowels, etc) - other items include TV, DVD player and DVDs, couches, wardrobes, laundry closet, dining table and chairs, etc. In addition there are all the little things you'll need - an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, pegs for your laundry, etc. Upon arrival, there is also a welcome package provided, and a list of local (walking distance) eateries, together with the location of your nearest grocery shop. Please note there is a minimum lease period of eight weeks. Two weeks' rent is required to confirm bookings.
